My name is Jérôme and I founded JHAL Consulting in 2020. I have business expertise acquired over 30 years with 2 multinationals, Henkel and Freudenberg. Experience in business unit management in France and the Benelux based on detailed management of a P&L, multi-channel commercial development of brands and leadership of teams towards sustainable and profitable growth. It is all this know-how that I wish today to transmit and share to young entrepreneurs looking for a first or second breath in their commercial development or wishing to improve the profitability of their companies.
